TradePass ("we", "us") operates the website at tradepass.tinylab.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: coach@tinylab.ai.
To run your diagnostic and daily drills, track mastery and readiness, deliver your exam simulations, provide support, operate and secure the service, and measure marketing.
Your tutor chat questions and study performance are processed by Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) to generate explanations and select your next drill. We send only what is needed to produce your results.
We share data only with the providers that run the service: Google Cloud (hosting, AI, storage), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell your personal information.
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (United States region). By using the service you consent to this processing.
We keep your account, attempts, and mastery records for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period for legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing coach@tinylab.ai. We respond within a reasonable time.
We use reputable cloud providers, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and store credentials in a secrets manager. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
The service is intended for adults (18+) pursuing a trade license. It is not directed at children.
We may update this policy; the "Effective" date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
