Your TradePass subscription is billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose at checkout, and you can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
If you're charged in error, or you cancel within 7 days of your first charge and haven't used more than a handful of drills, email info@tinylab.ai and we'll issue a full refund. Outside that window, refunds on monthly plans are considered case-by-case. We'd rather make it right than keep a charge you're unhappy about.
Yearly plans: full refund if you cancel within 7 days of being charged for the year. After 7 days there are no refunds or partial refunds; you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
Most refund requests are reviewed and processed automatically by our support agent against this policy; unusual cases are escalated to a human. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.
