Your TradePass subscription is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
If you're charged in error, or you cancel within 7 days of your first charge and haven't used more than a handful of drills, email coach@tinylab.ai and we'll issue a full refund. Outside that window, refunds are considered case-by-case — we'd rather make it right than keep a charge you're unhappy about.
Most refund requests are reviewed and processed automatically by our support agent against this policy; unusual cases are escalated to a human. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.
